Washington Whitewater Rafting
Hoh River

The Hoh River is located on the west side of the Olympic Peninsula off of Highway 101. It has some class 2 whitewater but the main attraction is the scenery. The river travels through the world-famous Hoh Rainforest with views of the Olympic Mountains. Lush vegetation of fir trees, maples, ferns, and thick, hanging moss grows all around. Wildlife often viewable from the river includes deer, elk, beaver, river otter, eagles, ospreys, hawks, and waterfowl. The Hoh is raftable for most of the year but spring through early fall is the preferable time as the weather is warmer.
