Located at the southern end of Hood Canal just 3 miles west of the town Belfair, Belfair Park is a scenic park open year-round with both saltwater and freshwater shorelines. Interpretive programs are held in the summer.

Jarrell Cove is located in south Puget Sound at the northwest end of Harstine Island. Accessed by road, bridge and boat, this forested island park manages five satellite parks: Eagle Island, Harstine Island, Hope Island, McMicken and Stretch Point State Parks.

Located on the south shore of Hood Canal 8 miles west of Belfair, Twanoh State Park has one of the warmest saltwater beaches in Washington. Oyster harvesting is available year-round.
